apt-get install foomatic-bin

Then go to linuxprinting.org, find the foomatic database, and generate a
ppd file for your printer (it's there, I just did it).

Then save that file to /usr/share/cups/model/<filename>

where <filename> is the name of the file, AS SUGGESTED at the top of the
file.

Then fire up your web interface to CUPS and your printer should be listed
as an option.
