qmail

I'm sure there's something obvious I'm overlooking, but I can't seem to
find it. Whenever I send a piece of mail from a client machine, through
my firewall/domain server that's running qmail, it rejects the mail
unless the _receiving_ domain is listed in ~control/rcpthosts.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to see light again? :-)
