The libdb1-compat package in question was mine; it's been accepted into
the Debian archive and will be installed into unstable shortly. (For the
next half an hour or so it's at <http://incoming.debian.org/>.)

I believe Apache is also being fixed (nothing in Debian should be using
libdb.so.2 any more), but libdb1-compat is there to make the transition
easier.
