Python class files for Latex

Hi.

How would I convice Latex to use the .cls files provided in the
python-dev package?  I have tried copying them to
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/base and running /etc/cron.daily/tetex-bin.

This in term required pypaper.sty, which I found in another python
document.  This, in turn, requires fncychap.sty, which does not seem to
be in any debian package.

So, what is the "Official Debian" kind of way to use the python doc
packages in latex?
