I suppose you refer to the messages that have a content-type of
multipart/signed? This is a standard way of signing a email message as
defined by RFC 2015 (in 1996 btw).
Maybe you should change your mail reader - maybe there are some plugins
or whatever out there to enable Outlook to display these mails
correctly/directly? You may want to bug Microsoft about it...

You could possibly install some sort of mail processor (such as
procmail) which transforms these messages for you.
