I'm no expert, but I _do_ remember reading somewhere that exim handles
bcc differently than other MTA's do. I can't remember whether the
problem was solved by reconfiguring exim or by recompiling it. Sounds
like a question for google.
Aliases would probably be the better way to go, though.
