Here we go again, helping myself :)
For the archive: you want to try dfontmgr which is a nifty tool to tell
defoma about installed fonts, which in turn will advertise it to
defoma-registered apps (like ghostscript). I just dropped arial.ttf into
it, and it registered without a prob. Haven't tried printing yet,
though.
