Security update fail

Hi,
I'm using a completely standard Woody distribution and get an error message
after apt-get update; apt-get upgrade :

=>> AFTER ERROR FROM FIRST apt-get upgrade

SV000015:~# apt-get upgrade #(one more time)
Reading Package Lists... Done

Maybe an error in istallation script or maybe I'm wrong... but I repeat :
I use standard woody distrib, not a from scratch Mix

Last time locales update worked fine (it was some weeks ago if I
remember...)

How can I repair without removing/installing. apt-get install --reinstall do
the same.
It's a prod server. Need help please.

regards,

Sebastien
