Problems with Amavis-Sendmail-uvscan

Hi people:
	Well I'm having some troubles with amavis. The fact is that I'm
runing a sistem with sendmail using amavis-perl, and uvscan as antivirus,
virus are being stoped without problem, but I found some files in the
/var/spool/mqueue that are mails stack there since the instalation of the
amavis. So the cuestions are:

	1- is this normal?
	2- If it's not is there a solution?
	3- is something arround that does n't user multiple queues
