Nope. That file is your RAM.
Go ahead, look at its size . . . I'll bet it is EXACTLY the same
number of bytes as your RAM, right?
/proc/kcore is a neat Unix trick: making everything (including your
RAM) look like a file.

Theoretically, you could introduce viruses through this file, if
it were writable, and if the virus writer were a near-genius.
Practically . . . no.
