Upgrade from woody to sarge...

Is there a quick FAQ that shows how to upgrade from one dist to
another? From what I can gather:

- /etc/apt/sources.list Change all 'woody' to 'sarge'
- apt-get update
- apt-get upgrade
- apt-get -u dist-upgrade
- apt-get dist-upgrade

And hope for the best?
