I dont know if it mutt or a problem with the format of the email.
Mutt is not displaying the list signature, probably because it exists
in the email outside of the multi-part message.

eg. your email is of type multipart/signed, the first part being your
message and the second being the GnuPG signature. After that is the
multipart terminator (--0F1p//8PRICkK4MW--), followed by the list
signature. I'm not sure what the MIME spec says about this, so I cant
say whether mutt's behaviour is correct, but it appears reasonable from
a purists perspective.
