Hello, I just noticed a script called mkbimage that came with the grub package. >From the description, it looks like it can be used to create a bootavle CD. The documentation is a bit sparse, though. It looks like I have to create a tar file with the files that I want to have on the CD. So, would it work to create a directory with debootstrap and just tar that up? I guess I'd have to copy a kernel image into that directory, as well. Has anybody used mkbimage successfully and would be willing to share their experiences? Any help would be appreciated. TIA --j
