You can also search on the Debian site (maybe you've already tried that):

http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages#search_packages

Searching on zend there would bring up zendapi_20020429 if it was in the
package repository.

Zend is the development group behind the php engine. See
http://www.zend.com/zend/api.php
