UNOFFICIAL sources for APT?

Hi,

there is a list of "UNOFFICIAL sources for APT" at
http://www.internatif.org/bortzmeyer/debian/apt-sources/,
but the latest entry is just one year old.

Is anybody aware of a more up to date collection
of apt sources?
