Ok, I got it. Was the bad superblock of my /dev/hda6 partition. Boot
with install disk, exit to shell and e2fsck -b 8193 (in my case)
/dev/hda6 did the trick . But I still don't understand how sleep mode
(or putting computer in sleep mode) is able to create such mess.
