WP2000 and FontTastic
Hi, all:
A saga with a happy ending ....
I won't bore you with all the details, but, I think after upgrading to
Xfree86 4.0, WP2000 and apps failed to work, finding no fonttastic server
running, trying to start one, even succeeding after I'd manually killed
it, but never being able to connect.
Anyway, after much googling, I found a page which suggested adding
FontPath "tcp/localhost:7102"
to my XF86Config file. (Mine _isn't_ XF86Config-4, by the way, and it
installed that way.) That appears to have fixed the problem, so if others
are having it, maybe it will fix it for you too!
