Boy, not many developers even agree few simple ways.

I think use of "xauth" is efficient and good while ssh may be easier for
novice. Use of SSH for local root access is waste of resource in my
opinion.  But heck we got fast CPU.

This is slightly newer than the one on Debian DDP at this moment.
