i also had this problem, but i managed to solve it.
here's what i did:
unsubscribe in the Subject leaving the body empty.
unsubscribe in the body leaving the Subject empty.
unsubscribe in both.
remove in the Subject leaving the body empty.
remove in the body leaving the Subject empty.
remove in both.
i replied to each confirmation message three times with the 'RE:' and without it and with a message body and without it.
and it worked!
i think the problem may be with outlook and html in the messages

1) Find a real subject line, people will be more likely to assist you
if you don't sound irrationally angry right off the bat.
2) Please post the headers as repeatedly previously requested so we
can take a look already.
