[ot] Character Encoding mismatch ???
Using apache 1.3.26 on woody.
Trying to validate webpages against W3C HTML Validation Service
<http://validator.w3.org/>. My pages are valid, except for this
warning:
Warning: Character Encoding mismatch! The character encoding
specified in the HTTP header («iso-8859-1») is different
from the one specified in the XML declaration («utf-8»).
I will use «iso-8859-1» for this validation.
Is this an apache configuration issue? Where is it and how would I add
utf-8 to it?
What do you think?

Dare to fix things before they break . . .
Our capacity for understanding is inversely proportional to how much we
think we know. The more I know, the more I know I don't know . . .
