with those specs ... get any of the mb you find ... cause your options
is extremely limited with those having 2 ISA slot and firewire...
	- consider yourself lucky if you can find mb w/ one isa slot
	- consider yourself on the leading edge with firewire onboard...
		- only a couple of folks ( boards ) has um onboard..
( but if you use a firewire pci card .. you'd have better luck
	( finding the right mb

c ya
alvin

- i use mb with onboard nic and onboard svga .. and even those types of
mb are extremely limited in where to find um if its even available ..
most of which is no longer manufactured... or out-of-stock (too popular)

- i buy only asus, intel, tyan ...
	- mostly asus now since silly intel made "vertical sound ports"
which is too tall for 1U chassis .. they took themself out of the
	1U market...

	- no problems with asus w/ AMD-XP-1700+ range

	- i cant use any of P4s... :-( heatsink is too big.. on
	whacky foot print

	- have too much problems with msi w/ amd-1Ghz
( have to unclock it to keep it running )

	- will is not as bad.. but barely "working" at AMD-1Gz

	- supermicro (forgot model) fails bigtime for running dual-P3

	- soyo dragon series is good for AMDs-1Ghz ( but no onboard svga )
gotta experiment and test other mb sometimes..

	- lots of other mb floating around...
( stuff that couldnt be shipped )

	.. blah.. blah ..
