Looks like they do:
The kernel-image-2.4.18-686 has

    Package: kernel-image-2.4.18-686
    Source: kernel-image-2.4.18-i386
    Version: 2.4.18-5

And the kernel-source-2.4.18 package has

    Package: kernel-source-2.4.18
    Architecture: all
    Version: 2.4.18-5
