Nope. dpkg doesn't handle versioned provides - a long-standing
deficiency, but quite difficult to fix for various reasons [1]. analog
needs to be rebuilt to explicitly depend on either of them, if
appropriate.

[1] ... he says, neatly glossing over the problem. :) As I recall, apt
    had problems the last time there was an attempt to implement it in
    dpkg.
