yes you can, use RSAAuthentication without setting a password for your
private key
[insert obligatory statement about the inherent 'badness' of doing it
this way here]
google should have plenty of info have a look at man ssh-keygen for more
info.
(small time saving tip ssh2 keys go in ~/.ssh/authorized_keys2)
