re: can't detect network card

hallo,
	1) maybe it could use ne2kpci? I have used it for my tplink card.
	2) I know ifup can use :
		iface eth:0 inet dhcp
my question is how can i use ifconfig to bring dhcp up?

i get it to work?

First figure out what card it is. Then google to find out what driver
it requires. Then run 'modconf' and select the module. Then edit
/etc/network/interfaces to specify the network-layer configuration.
Then run 'ifup eth0' to bring up the connection.

HTH,
