two passive ISDN cards in each Linux box that suit the ISDN equipment
your telco provide. isdn4linux. ppp on the two boxes. CHAP set up.

Read the isdn4linux FAQ.

You can also use 'terminal adapters' which are basically ISDN modems.
They plug into your serial port and speak AT commands, so you can just
set them up as if it were a standard Point to Point modem link.
