mailbox_size_limit = 51200000
message_size_limit = 10240000

(these are all defaults)

For documentation, look at:

/usr/share/doc/postfix*/examples/sample-local.cf.gz for mailbox size
/usr/share/doc/postfix*/examples/sample-resource.cf.gz for the rest
