Hi Carlos,

lpr -#1 doesn't work on my system either, tho I don't know why. But perhaps you can tell KDE to leave out that option. Try to edit the 'print command' in KDE's printing centre or whatever it's called? (Just an idea, because I don't know the recent KDE version.)
