woody not upgrading 6 packages

Hello,

Everytime I do an
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade

It tells me it will upgrade x packages remove 0 and not upgrade 6. My 
question is, how do i find these 6 packages, and why are they not being 
upgraded?
