kdebase-crypto?

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

i'm trying to set up security on konqueror. it advises me that i
need to install the kdebase-crypto package. however, apt-get install
kdebase-crypto results in:

Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Package kdebase-crypto has no available version, but exists in the
database.
This typically means that the package was mentioned in a dependency and
never uploaded, has been obsoleted or is not available with the contents
of sources.list
However the following packages replace it:
  kdebase
E: Package kdebase-crypto has no installation candidate

any advice on what i need to do in order to get the proper packages
installed so i can get security happening on konqueror?

thanks!
