man apt-get
then try:
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade

However you've quite a selection here, don't know if there is any helix
in there,
AFAIK that could give trouble.
And no update garantees _not_ to brake anything.
Regarding the kernel I am sure there are plenty of opinions, which
information by it self should tell you something. And I do know there is
a server still using 1.3 I believe.
