C-A-D does a "/sbin/shutdown -t1 -a -r now", so just edit /etc/inittab and
remove the -r flag from the crtlaltdel definition. man shutdown as to
the whys and wherefores of the shutdown command and man 5 inittab for more
tricks to do with inittab...
