listar is MTA-independent, it doesn´t make a difference if you´re 
 running sendmail, qmail, postfix, exim, smail, whatever. It also comes 
 with a handy web-interface and makes it easy for dummies to manage 
 delegated lists. And, unless majordomo, it´s GPL.

My favourites from the feature-list are:
- unmime mails
- convert html-mails to plain text
- can put attachments automatically on the web and include proper URL
- virtualhost support

You can see it running on listar.org itself and on my server
