I answer myself, I hope this can help someone in the future.
download the patch from
ftp://ftp.dpt.com/pub/techsup/SRV/software/drivers/linux/dpt1.14-2.2.16.tar
and compile the kernel with gcc272. It seems that gcc 2.95 over
optimizes the kernel.
