Here I have a 486/66 w/32MN ram doing ipmasq, dhcp for internal network, etc. off a cable modem. If it's internal then you're hosed unless you want to run windows routing :) NT and 2000 can route out of the box (tho I don't think they can do masq out of the box). There are some utilities out there to do ipmasq with a windows box. I personally would not do this.
