I'm sure there is a cl method for dumping your X session to a file. I know this sounds stupid but taking a screenshot with something like the Gimp or Ksnapshot doesn't quite work (I'm trying to get a screenshot while playing mpeg2 streams). The video just appears as a bright blue box :-). Any ideas or other proggie suggestions are welcome! TIA, jt
