I've got proftpd 1.2.0pre10-2 installed here on my box and a friend has wu-ftp on his. When I log into his box (windows client) it's instant, however, when I log into my box it connects then pauses for 5-6 seconds then finishes the login. Has anyone else experienced this with proftpd? Is it designed for the flaw, a config prob on my part, or is Murphy showing his face? Bill
