That just means that you don't have a card that uses the tulip driver.

I have managed to find information on this card at:
http://www.kingston.com/networking/adapters/kne120tx.asp

Following the web site, I downloaded the first driver disk (a
self-extracting .zip), and found Linux installation instructions.

It takes the rtl8139 driver.
