I installed the packages, but when I start Licq, it says it cannot find the qt
plugin, which is right were Licq says it is not. I ran ldd on the plugin but
it also says the plugin is not there. The plugins have world-readable
permissions.

I don't have this problem with Licq installed from source, but the Debian
packages are much easier to install on my old laptop.
