make sure you have the kernel-source and kernel-header packages and when
you do a
"make" change the make file around to this
In addition, edit the line that has:
INCLUDEDIR=...
to read
INCLUDEDIR=/usr/src/linux/include
[or the appropriate directory for your install]
/usr/source/linux is where i put my source and the linux newbie
instructions worked
like a dream also at teh bottom you will seanout about chaging the perms
on /dev/dsp
i did that and that gave e permision to use sound as non root.
