LinuxCare does, with their Bootable Business Card:

...though I've found that while the TRB enclosed works, the Debian
installer doesn't (tested on several systems).  It's a cool idea though.

Both TRB and the LinuxCare BBC earn my "SMA" award -- that's "saved my
ass".  Damned useful.
