Well, let me first suggest that you install the unofficial Pine .debs from
my mirror at http://members.mint.net/frodo/pine/

Then I guess you should check the default-fcc field in your pine config.
Mine has no value set, so it goes to the default 'sent-mail'.  I can't
imagine that you'd need anything else there...
