Example config for lprng?

I need to get my printer online pretty quick.  I just installed lprng
and magicfilter.  I have an HP882c on /dev/lp0.

Can anyone send me an example printcap and any config files I need?
If I use my existing printcap and do an "lpq" it just hangs.  Printing
does the same.
