The source code is available on many of the Debian mirrors.(The mirror
list can be found under http://www.debian.org) As an example the source
for all the stable packages on the US debian mirrors is under:

ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/dists/stable/contrib/source/
ftp://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/dists/stable/non-free/source/
