Network DHCP Configuration

	Hi,
	I put Internet at my home with cable 24 hours by day. There is now a
server at my building and I have to get an IP number with DCHP and I installed
dhcp client but it doesnt work. There is an error now.
	ifconfig eth0
eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 08:00:31:00:1F:F8
          inet addr:10.200.0.187  Bcast:10.255.255.255  Mask:255.0.0.0
          UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST  MTU:1500  Metric:1
          RX packets:0 errors:252 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:5 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          Collisions:0
          Interrupt:10 Base address:0xd000

	And when I try any net service there is an error:

    TIMEOUT WAITING FOT TX RDC

	What is RDC?
