Gnome

Hello all!

After installing Gnome with all dependencies and the
xserver-fbdev3.3.2.3a-11.deb and doing a 'panel' I get a "Gdk-warning:
Can´t open display". Same with 'gnome &panel'.

Can someone tell me what is wrong or where I can configure this. Is there a
configfile for Gnome-panel?
The XF86Config is in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11
used is fbdev and Linux/m68k Frame Buffer Device
