During installation of Debian, wvdial(conf?) tries to configure the serial ports by scanning the serial devices for a modem. I have my modem connection to serial A of a SPARC IPC. wvdial(conf?) does not find anything in its scan. Any ideas as to why this might not be working? Thanks for your help in advanced.
