I have SoundBlast 16 and I find "playmidi"(Version: 2.3-3) does not perform as well as MediaPlayer of Win95. Because SoundBlast 16 does not have midi, I use FM synthesis. I use the following command to play: playmidi -f foo.mid Do you know how to use other parameters of "playmidi" to improve its perfomance?
