i follow instructions in ISP-Hookup-HOWTO and edit various files. Then I use seyon to dial a number. I manually login, then garbage appears on the terminal. What should i do next? How do I start PPP? Please reply to huixf@tonghua.com.cn because I will leave the list in a minute.
