Dual-boot install with SCSI HD

I want to install Debian 2.0 on an AMD K6-2 system. I'm using an ATAPI/IDE CD-ROM. My HD are both SCSI, running off a SIIG AP40 controller. One drive for Win95, the other for Debian. The boot drive boots Win95.

The Debian install doesn't see the SCSI drives. How do I fix this?

Thanks for any help.
